1. About these terms
These terms describe how visitors should use the public website and how students should understand registration, enrollment, internships, payments, certificates, and verification with The Iconic Career (CIN: U85306BR2026PTC088381). They will be updated as the platform develops. They are not a substitute for a signed agreement where one is required.
2. Website usage
You may browse public pages, use the contact form, and check certificates in good faith. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or misuse verification.
3. Registration
Registration information must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. A student account is intended to be created after enrollment steps are complete and, where payment applies, after server-side payment verification.
4. Enrollment
Selecting a program and internship on the website is a request to enroll. It does not, by itself, confirm a place, a start date, or a certificate.
5. Program participation
Programs describe the learning offering connected to an internship. Completing modules does not automatically issue a certificate without recorded internship completion.
6. Internship participation
Internships have a duration, expected check-ins, and a completion status. Students are expected to follow the brief and keep required records. The organization does not guarantee employment, stipend, or a specific work location on these pages.
7. Payments
Where fees apply, payment is planned through Razorpay. A service becomes active only after the organization verifies the payment. Duplicate payments should be prevented on the server; students who believe they were charged twice should contact the organization with the payment reference.
8. Certificates
Certificates confirm recorded internship completion and related fields. They are not academic degrees, government licenses, or employment guarantees.
9. Verification
Public verification is provided so third parties can check a Certificate ID or QR link. The result may be valid, invalid, not found, or unavailable if the registry cannot be reached.
10. Extensions
An extension is a separate request. It is not implied by the original enrollment and may involve an additional fee and a new recorded end date.
11. User responsibilities
Students must not share login details, misrepresent completion, or alter certificates. Visitors must not present a document as verified if the public check does not confirm it.
12. Account security
When accounts are available, students are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for telling the organization about suspected misuse.
13. Intellectual property
Website content, brand marks, and certificate designs belong to The Iconic Career or their licensors. Intern work product may be subject to separate rules stated during the internship.
14. Liability
The public website is provided to explain the service and to support enquiry, enrollment, and verification. To the extent permitted by law, the organization is not liable for decisions third parties make solely on the basis of a webpage visit. Specific limits of liability may be stated in a later formal version of these terms.
15. Policy changes
These terms may change as the Admin Panel, Student Panel, and payment services launch. The date of the working draft should be reviewed when a formal version is published.
